“I hired Mac for a custom wall piece. I grew up in Maine and used to walk the beach trails where all the beach roses were in bloom. At the time, I was starting a wine bar and thought how cool a logo would be that brought Maine and wine together. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I had him do it on a chalk board with chalk paint and the depth to this piece is exquisite. My business opened end of 2019; if only I had hindsight 2020. Covid hit and I sold the business but was not about to let this GORGEOUS piece of work out of my site. I got a job working from home, so making my home office into a space I want to spend time in was extremely important to me. First thing I did when setting up my office space was hang this piece. When my camera is on for client meetings, people are blown away. “I had been wanting a tattoo cover up for a long while. I had fallen out of love with a beautiful part of my body because of a mistake I made when I was 19.
